Crazy Maizy Go to Bed! (Book #3 in the series)

I have a little sister, she's only two years old. I call her Crazy Maizy. She never does what she's told!


Every night at 8 o'clock my mom says, "Time for Bed!" But Maizy thinks it's time to play, shout, and run instead.


First we always brush our teeth, then wash our hands and face. I do, while Maizy floods the sink, splashing water all over the place!


Next, we get to hear a story! I love when it's my turn to choose! Maizy picks the same old one. I'm so tired of Blue's Clues!


Then it's time to say our prayers. I'm thankful for family and friends. Maizy says she thankful for chicken nuggets as she looks at mom and grins.


Now dad comes to tuck us in. He gives hugs and turns out the light. Maizy turns it right back on as soon as he's out of sight!


She needs a drink of water, she hears noises, and she's cold. Mom gets her a glass, checks for monsters, and begs her to do what she's told!


One more trip to the potty and a ten minute search for her doll, she finally gets into her bed! My fingers are crossed that's all!


But just when I think she is sleeping, I feel something tug on my sheet. She asks if she can lay with me. I say yes, by now I'm beat!


When she gets a little bigger bedtime will be quick I assume, If not, I think for Christmas I'm asking Santa for my OWN room!!
