Maizy Kate

So I found this image online and it instantly made me think of Maizy! She is one who marches to the beat of her own drum and doesn't listen to anyone else, except herself!! This is something that sometimes infuriates me, but also the thing I love about her the most. How can that be? I'm still not sure about that, but I think it has something to do with the fact that no matter how much I try, I cannot be like that! I've always wanted to be someone who stood up to others and didn't take anything off of anyone. I never could do it though. I'm like my dad in that sense. Maizy starts preschool tomorrow and I'm a little nervous that I might get a phone call or two, but if I do, I think I will be proudly embarrassed because even though my child is hard headed it just means that when she grows up, nothing can hurt her! I've always worried about the twins being pushovers and I've tried to show them how to be more tough but that is who they are and Maizy is who she is. You get the children you have for a reason, and I think I got Maizy to teach me that it's ok to be different and sometimes you gotta throw a fit to get your point across! LOL! Anyway, I'm excited to see how she does tomorrow on her own for a few hours and my fingers are crossed that she limits some of her not so appropriate vocabulary!!! Lord help those ladies tomorrow! Maizy Kate is going to schooll!!!!!!!
