The Story of Zane

So, we have some friends that recently adopted a baby boy. They really wanted to make a book of the adoption process for him so they could read it to him as he grew up and he would understand. I thought it was a great idea so they asked me to write the story and then they made it into a book with pictures on Shutterfly. The birth parents names are Tannyr and Michelle and our friends even made them a copy of the book to keep too! I really love them and their story so here is the book I wrote for them.


The Story of Zane


The most awesome boy on the face of this Earth has quite a story,
it started at birth.


with a boy named Tannyr and a girl named Michelle,
they made this baby boy and loved him so well.


For nine whole months he grew big in Michelle's tummy,
and all the while she wished for him the perfect daddy and mommy.


because he would be adopted by just the right ones
who had wished for him and would take care and love him tons and tons.


After searching high and low, they were finally found.
The ones who he would call his parents and always be around.


When this baby boy was born people came from far and near
to hug and kiss and hold him because he was so dear.


Then came time to take him home and everyone was nervous.
They all signed papers and gave long hugs and knew the boy deserved this.


A family of his very own where he would be loved so much,
and he could anything he wanted like play baseball and such.


Though Tannyr and Michelle will miss him so, he'll always be in their heart.
After all, they gave the boy a really amazing start.


So now he lives so happily with him and his parents
just them three


and everyone loves him and knows his name.

Billie, if you read this I just want you to know that I am so happy for you guys and I can only imagine it must have been really hard to go through all that you did to get to where you are now, but you did it!! Congrats to you and your new family! You will be great parents.
